Settings & Security — Questions

Click "Sign In" in the top navigation and select "Create Account." You will need an email address, a username, and a password. We do not require a phone number or any other personal information. Once registered, you can immediately start building your Garage and exploring the community.

Navigate to Account Settings, scroll to the bottom, and select "Delete Account." You will be asked to confirm, and we will send a verification email to prevent accidental deletion. Deleting your account permanently removes all your vehicles, projects, records, and community posts. If you have a Vault subscription, we recommend exporting your data before deletion.

Account deletion is permanent. We cannot restore your data once it is deleted.

We collect only the information you provide: your email, username, and any vehicle or project data you choose to add. We do not track your browsing history outside AUTODYSSEY, we do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your content for advertising. Your vehicle photographs and records belong to you, and you control who can see them.

Yes. From Account Settings, select "Export Data" to download a complete archive of your Garage, Vault, projects, and community posts in JSON format. For Vault subscribers, we also offer PDF export with formatted documentation suitable for insurance or auction submission. Your data is always portable, and you can request an export at any time.

Go to Account Settings and select "Security." Enter your current password, then your new password twice. We require a minimum of twelve characters and recommend using a password manager. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page to receive a reset email.

Yes. Your profile is private by default, but you can make it public from Account Settings. A public profile shows your username, avatar, bio, and any vehicles or projects you have marked as public. It does not show your private Garage, your Vault records, or any contact information. You can switch between public and private at any time.
